Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks on construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on skills will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and door hanging to support project timelines and quality standards Operate hand tools and power tools safely for cutting, shaping, and installing building materials Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and measurements Perform concrete forming, masonry work, and rebar installation as needed for structural components Support roofing, siding, stucco, and siding installation projects with precision and care Conduct demolition, cleanup, and site preparation tasks to maintain a safe work environment Assist in fabrication of custom components in the shop or on-site using woodworking and metalworking techniques Handle heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols during material transport and installation Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and general repairs Install fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, molding, and other interior or exterior elements Follow safety guidelines at all times while working with electrical systems, plumbing components, or heavy machinery Requirements Must have your own personal transport vehicle Must have a drivers license Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of construction estimating is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with framing carpentry (metal or wood), trim carpentry, roofing, siding or stucco is preferred Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry work or rebar installation is advantageous Knowledge of restoration industry practices including water damage restoration or mold remediation, is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform strenuous tasks regularly Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing installation or tile laying is beneficial Valid safety training certifications such as OSHA are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain required certifications is expected Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Reliable Transportation Personal Tools Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment! Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
