Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter / Laborer and be a vital part of transforming ideas into reality! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. Whether you're handling heavy lifting, installing fixtures, or reading blueprints, your skills will directly contribute to high-quality craftsmanship and successful project completion. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety in mind Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing, wood framing, and concrete forming for diverse structures Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, roofing materials, and trim carpentry elements Assist with restoration projects involving water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to support construction site needs efficiently Support specialty tasks like rebar installation, masonry work, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical wiring, plumbing rough-ins, and HVAC components as needed Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields such as carpentry, remodeling, or restoration industry experience Proficiency with hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, grinders), and CNC machinery is preferred Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow detailed instructions Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and fabrication techniques Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces; ability to stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety protocols on active construction sites Prior experience with roofing, siding installation, fixture hanging, drywall finishing or water damage restoration is a plus Join us to build something lasting!
