This role is physically demanding and requires someone who shows up on time, works hard all day, and takes pride in keeping the jobsite safe, clean, and productive. Must be able to speak and understand English . Work includes general labor, material handling, and light carpentry such as basic framing with wood and metal. This is an in‑person, on‑site position . Duties Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Basic carpentry knowledge (wood and metal stud framing). Comfortable using common hand tools and basic power tools. Physically capable of heavy lifting and continuous manual labor . General understanding of construction site safety and proper work practices. Strong reliability — consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of carpentry techniques such as framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and door hanging Ability to operate hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), CNC machines or fabrication equipment is a plus Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Prior experience in restoration industry projects or remodeling is highly desirable Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors Benefits On‑the‑job training Tools provided Opportunity for growth and skill development Work Location In-person jobsite based
