What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in siding installation, window installation, carpentry, or general construction Strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license Must be punctual and report to our Sandwich location by 7:00 AM daily Ability to lift and carry materials safely throughout the day Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
What You'll Do:
Install vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior trim Install replacement and new construction windows Read measurements and ensure proper fit and finish Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on every project
