We support a wide range of customers including exhibit houses, event production companies, retail brands, marketing agencies & trade show partners. With continued growth in print capacity, new product lines, and expanded production capabilities our organization is strengthening its leadership team to support rising demand and faster turnaround expectations. The 2nd shift Bench Carpenter will fabricate, trim, laminate, and finish custom wood components with accuracy and craftsmanship to support high-quality exhibit and display production.

What You Will Be DoingFabricate, trim, and assemble custom wood components, counters, fixtures, and exhibit structures using table saws, miter saws, routers, and standard carpentry toolsPerform finishing work including laminating, edge-banding, sanding, and detailed trim work to meet quality and aesthetic standardsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and build specifications to produce accurate, repeatable componentsWork closely with woodwork, metalwork, graphics, and assembly teams to ensure proper fit and integration of componentsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following production workflows and quality proceduresWhat You Need for this Position3+ years of finishing carpentry experience including trim work, cabinetry, laminate work, and panel constructionProficiency with table saws, miter saws, routers (handheld and bench-mounted), and standard carpentry hand toolsAbility to read blueprints and shop drawings with strong measurement accuracy and basic math skillsExperience in high-mix custom fabrication such as exhibits, retail fixtures, or custom millworkCNC router operation and familiarity with
