Carpenter / door & window installer / patio rooms

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled carpenter or motivated apprentice to join our team as a Door & Window Installer specializing in patio rooms. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and customizing doors, windows, and patio enclosures to enhance our clients' living spaces. Your expertise will help transform homes by delivering high-quality craftsmanship with precision and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction knowledge and hands-on skills to create beautiful, functional outdoor living areas. Duties Install patio room enclosures according to blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment of fixtures Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble components Perform inspections to ensure safety standards and quality control are maintained throughout each project Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet project timelines and specifications Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and other finishing techniques for a polished look Fabricate custom components as needed using carpentry, masonry, or fabrication skills Requirements Experience in door and window installation or related construction roles with a focus on patio rooms or enclosures Ability to read of blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety Skills in plumbing, electrical work, concrete forming/finishing, roofing, masonry, or remodeling is a plus Ability to read technical schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to bring their construction expertise into innovative outdoor living projects.
