Job Overview:

We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter with at least 7 years of experience in residential and commercial renovation. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, hard-working professional who is self-sufficient and has their own tools, vehicle, and a strong commitment to quality and speed. You should take pride in your craftsmanship, have a deep sense of responsibility toward your work, and have the ability to empathize with customers to deliver a personalized and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Demolition :

Safely and efficiently perform demo work as needed on renovation projects.

Framing :

Frame walls, floors, and other structural elements to code and project specifications.

Cabinet Installation :

Install kitchen, bathroom, and other cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.

Trim Work :

Install baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and other decorative trim to ensure a polished and finished look.

Basic MEPs Experience :

Assist with minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations as required for specific projects.

Commercial Framing :

Apply your experience in commercial framing to support the completion of various projects, ensuring all work meets safety and design standards. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and work areas are safe. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
