Experienced Carpenter

Experienced Carpenter Job Description Town & Country Builders is seeking a hard-working, experienced, reliable carpenter to join our team. You will participate in a variety of construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the site supervisor. Applicants will need a reasonable knowledge of construction experience. To be successful in this position, you will need to work well as part of a team, be able to work indoors and outdoors, and be able to perform moderate physical tasks.

Experienced Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, framing and trim guns, and other tools as needed. Clean and prep construction sites as needed, including setting up tool stations, prepping floors so as not to damage them, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.. Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis. Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.

Experienced Carpenter Requirements and Qualifications:

Valid driver's license 2-5 years of experience in construction Mild-tempered and a team player
