$25 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certifications. We pay for skill and execution.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Execute:

Frame, trim, hang doors, install cabinets, and build custom millwork to architectural drawings Read blueprints and shop drawings accurately. Translate the page into a finished room. Coordinate alongside electrical, plumbing, and HVAC so trades hand off cleanly Maintain a safe site (PPE, OSHA standards, hazard reporting). Zero incidents is the standard. Communicate progress to the Foreman and PM. We operate on facts, not surprises. Maintain your tools. Treat company materials and vehicles like they're your own.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

2+ years residential carpentry experience preferred (framing through trim) Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Your numbers are exact. Able to read blueprints and technical drawings Physically capable: lift 90 lbs, comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in crawl spaces Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record OSHA 10 preferred or obtainable within 90 days (paid by HEI) Local to Northeast Indiana High school diploma or GED The Standard (What We Demand):
