- Full-time About Us Nau Construction is a small, local, General Contractor focused on providing exceptional quality to all our clients while supporting our local community.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a skilled laborer in a variety of construction trades. Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment. Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety practices. Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in construction-related fields are a plus. Ability to work in a variety of jobsite conditions. A positive attitude and sense of pride in your work Ability to arrive on schedule and reliably work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime Respect for othersBenefits:

1.Construction Tasks:
Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks such as framing, skilled trades, cabinet and countertop installation, painting, flooring, carpentry, and other construction-related activities. Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate under the direction of the Field Supervisor to complete tasks accurately and on time. 2.Support:
Support the Field Supervisor and other team members in daily tasks and project requirements. Collaborate with the Field Crew and provide guidance as needed. Communicate effectively with the Field Supervisor and report any issues or concerns promptly. 3.Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Pay attention to detail and perform tasks with precision and care. Help identify and address any potential issues or defects in the work or plans. 4.Safety:
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and promote a culture of safety on the job site. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.Pay:
$25.00- $35.
