Properties is a fast-growing property management and renovation company managing over 800 rental units in Kokomo and Indianapolis. We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and well-rounded Renovation & Maintenance Technician to help us prepare homes for rent through make-ready work, light renovation projects and general maintenance repairs in our rental properties. This position is perfect for someone with maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience who wants to work in a professional environment where quality and efficiency matter. You'll work on homes that have recently become vacant, properties we've just acquired, or units getting cosmetic upgrades, doing everything from general repairs to installing vanities, small kitchens, laying LVP flooring and more. In addition to these, you will also work in occupied properties doing general maintenance as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete make-ready/turn work on vacant rental properties Perform general maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, etc. Install LVP flooring, bath vanities, light fixtures, cabinets, and appliances Assist with light kitchen and bathroom remodels Ensure properties meet company standards and are ready for rent Communicate with the management about job progress and needs Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in maintenance, renovation, remodeling, or construction Skill in multiple trades: light plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, flooring, etc. Able to work independently or with a team High attention to detail and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license A positive attitude and willingness to get the job done right Must be comfortable working in vacant properties (some may be in rough condition)

THIS IS A FIELD-BASED ROLE PRIMARILY SERVING KOKOMO, WITH OCCASIONAL WORK IN THE

INDIANAPOLIS and

MUNCIE AREA. MOST WORK IS DONE INDEPENDENTLY OR ALONGSIDE ANOTHER TECHNICIAN. COMPENSATION
