Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks to support construction projects, renovations, and restoration efforts. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require a combination of craftsmanship and physical effort, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step. Duties Assist with datacenter framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinetry, siding, and roofing installations using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform datacenter concrete forming, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration tasks. Install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, tiles, and metal studs while adhering to safety standards. Conduct rebar installation, metal framing, drywall installation, caulking, and general remodeling activities. Operate CNC machinery for datacenter fabrication and assembly tasks when required. Support heavy lifting operations and assist with material fabrication or manufacturing processes on-site or in the shop. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading for accurate project execution. Extensive experience with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, and fixture installation. Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders). Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and experience working on diverse construction projects including restoration industry work. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout shifts. Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems; experience with electrical or plumbing tasks is a plus. Strong understanding of construction materials such as siding, stucco, drywall compounds, concrete forms, rebar, and roofing materials.
