At Matt Weyand Repairs & Renovations (MWRR), our bread and butter is: Bathroom Remodels Kitchen remodels General handyman and problem-solving work Main floor renovations You won't be thrown into jobs you're not ready for. We place you on projects based on your skills and experience , and help you grow from there! Performance Pay (Because Good Work Deserves More Pay) Even during your 90-day probationary period , you're eligible for performance pay . Here's how it works: Jobs are budgeted for time Finish on time or faster (without cutting corners) You earn extra money On average, that's an additional $3-$8 per hour on top of your base pay for time worked on that job. Do great work → get rewarded. Simple. How You'll Work (No Guessing, No Chaos) You'll work closely with a Project Manager and play a HUGE role in keeping our promises to clients.
