Skilled Tradesperson / Carpenter

Framework Construction is hiring experienced Skilled Tradespeople who can take a defined scope of work and execute it independently to a high standard. You'll perform multi-trade renovation and repair work across our residential portfolio, own the quality of your own workmanship, and help bring along less-experienced crew members. If you do clean, correct, finished work and want a company that pays for real skill and promotes from within, this is the role.

Responsibilities:

Independently complete assigned scopes of work with minimal supervisionPerform multi-trade renovation and repair: carpentry, drywall, paint prep, flooring, finish work, and basic plumbing/electricalExecute full unit turns to quality and production standardsTake direct ownership of workmanship quality on all assigned tasksRead and execute a defined scope without step-by-step directionHelp train and mentor junior crew membersMaintain production pace while meeting quality standardsFollow all OSHA standards, project-specific safety plans, and site rulesReport injuries, near-misses, and unsafe conditions the day they occur

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on construction, renovation, or skilled-trades experienceDemonstrated ability to read a scope and complete it independentlyCompetence across multiple trades (framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, etc.)Own a basic set of hand toolsReliable transportation and consistent attendancePride in clean, correct, finished workMust be able to pass a background check
