Job Description

Carpenter Apprentice/ Labor Position We are currently looking for a Laborer to be trained as a carpenter. Construction or carpentry experience is not required but preferred. You will be assisting in the construction of decks. We will train you to be a deck carpenter over the 1st year or two.
Requirements:
Experience Not Required. Must be willing to learn Tools not required Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel. Must have own reliable transportation Must be punctual Must be willing to work with others as a team Must be able to perform physically demanding labor such as digging holes, carrying materials, etc. MUST posses GREAT attention to detail
Pay & Benefits:
Pay $18-20 hr 2 Weeks Paid Time Off Per Year worked Retirement benefits available after 2 Years of employment About the
Job:
You will be on a small team of 3-4 guys. You will assist the deck carpenters with building a deck including but not limited to: digging holes, carrying lumber, purchasing lumber, cleaning up and anything the crew leader ask you to do. We are based in Noblesville and we mostly work in Hamilton & Marion counties. You must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday with Saturday sometimes. We will work a 8 or 9 hour day. You will be required to drive to the job site each day. We provide all the necessary tools and equipment. If you are interested in this position, fill out our online application.
