  • Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team.
In this role, you will bring your expertise in carpentry and construction to deliver high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of projects. Your hands-on skills will help transform blueprints and schematics into tangible structures, ensuring safety, precision, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial builds, contributing directly to the creation of functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks. Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Perform framing work for walls, ceilings, and other structural components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Install siding, stucco, trim carpentry elements, cabinetry, doors, and flooring to meet project specifications. Handle restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and general renovation efforts. Operate CNC machinery for fabrication or assembly tasks when necessary. Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high standards of quality. Requirements Proven experience as a journeyman carpenter with extensive construction site experience. Strong knowledge of construction, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and building codes. Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and sanders; and metal stud framing equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions. Experience with framing carpentry, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, flooring installation (tile or wood), siding installation, plastering, stucco application, and metal stud framing. Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques and mold remediation processes is a plus. Knowledge of plumbing electrical systems or electrical experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read technical drawings accurately. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork on complex projects.
