Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of carpentry, construction, and restoration projects with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and fixture installation to water damage restoration and heavy lifting tasks, all while contributing to a collaborative and energetic work environment. Responsibilities Perform various carpentry tasks including trim, frame, metal stud framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and drywall finishing. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, siding installation, stucco application, and masonry repairs. Execute restoration projects such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and general building repairs. Install fixtures, flooring (including tile laying), cabinetry, doors, windows, and other structural components. Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols; assist with scaffolding setup when necessary. Support plumbing, electrical work, rebar installation, water damage restoration efforts, and other specialized construction activities as needed. Follow safety guidelines at all times on construction sites; maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various construction projects. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools (including CNC machinery), water damage restoration equipment, and fabrication processes. Familiarity with roofing systems, siding materials (including stucco), flooring installation (tile or wood), drywall finishing, and fixture installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when required. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, masonry techniques, and metal stud framing is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
