Full-Time Description:

As a Carpenter Shop Laborer at Prestressed Concrete Construction, LLC, you will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the building of the forms for our high-quality precast/prestressed concrete products. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in various tasks related to form production, including but not limited to measuring and cutting pieces, and assembling. Operate hand tools, and power tools under the guidance of experienced personnel. Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure the safe and efficient completion of assigned tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; willingness to learn and be trained in a construction environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment. Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a passion for working safely. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
