About us Foster Building and Construction LLC is a small business in Alexandria, KY. We are customer-centric. We are a small locally owned business that specializes in custom homes, additions and outdoor living spaces. Our goal is to provide a quality product while maintaining good work relationships The ideal candidate can lead a job site, effectively communicate with co workers and owners Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities Casual work attire Our company is looking for individuals to join our creative and energetic team. The foreman/framer will be responsible for constructing custom homes and additions Candidates must possess a background in woodworking, enjoy a versatile work environment, and are interested in being a part of an innovative team. This position requires physical labor and manual dexterity, as well as strong interpersonal skills that allow the Framer to interact with contractors and other staff effectively.
