Job Description:

We are looking for skilled, self motivated, hands on Lead Carpenters for a full time immediate position. This position has unlimited opportunity for advancement with full time, year round work. Qualified Candidates must be reliable, it is helpful to have a knowledge of building decks, railing, pergola's, porches, and steps. Must have a minimum of 5 years carpentry experience and the ability to problem solve and think independently. You should have a good working knowledge of codes and permits, management and organization skills for construction sites. Candidates must be able to work in a time effective manner, and enjoy working outside. Some level of travel is required for this role to and from jobsites.

Job Requirements:

5 years carpentry experience. Communication skills with clients and team. Owns hand tools. Consistent form of transportation. Problem Solving Skills. Focus on Safety and Craftsmanship.

Job Preferences:

Team Lead Managerial Experience. Proficiency in Building Codes. Proficiency in Framing, Finish Carpentry, Custom Installations. Proficiency in reading site plans. Bilingual is a plus.
