You will deliver great resident experiences every day for the purpose of building better communities. This is a full-time position with a a great benefits package.
Job duties:
Ensure reliable home functionality through preventative maintenance, repair and replacement of assets, equipment and buildings Additional focus on Carpentry
  • Decks/Roofs/Windows/etc. Deliver great resident experiences The ideal candidate with have significant knowledge/experience with Carpentry Highly desired experience includes: Installing doors/repairing door frames Repairing windows/siding Repairing/replacing/installing decks (Including boards/stairs/handrails/etc) Must have reliable transportation Competitive compensation package available

Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Trade School Certificate in related fields or College degree a plus Carpentry experience•
STRONGLY DESIRED
Extensive experience in customer service Troubleshooting and repair experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and/or residential appliances Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance Must be felony free and have valid driver's license Must be OSHA knowledgeable Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
