Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Remodeling Carpenter or Helper and play a key role in transforming homes and commercial spaces! Responsibilities Assist with framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, fixture mounting, and other finish work to deliver precise, high-quality results Perform demolition and prepare spaces for remodeling. Install siding, roofing components, flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, and windows with care and attention to detail Conduct restoration work, including water damage remediation, termite damage remediation and repair, and mold remediation Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools across a variety of construction tasks Read schematics, and project plans to accurately execute specifications Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality Qualifications Prior experience in construction or remodeling is preferred but not required — we strongly encourage motivated entry-level applicants who are excited to get paid while learning the trades Willingness to learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, restoration, and multiple construction disciplines Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, and basic construction site safety practices (or eagerness to learn proper techniques) Ability to read blueprints/schematics is a plus, but we will provide training Knowledge of related trades (woodworking, metal stud framing, roofing, flooring, etc.) is beneficial but not mandatory Strong work ethic, reliability, and the physical ability to handle demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and working at heights Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety If you're passionate about building and restoring beautiful spaces, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow a stable career in construction with great training and earning potential, we'd love to have you on our team. Pay:
$15.00 - $27.00 per hour
