This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for executing carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship on every project. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in construction while actively contributing to building and renovation efforts across diverse sites. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install various structural components using hand tools and power tools, including framing, siding, drywall, and cabinetry Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform demolition, restoration, and repair work involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, or general site cleanup Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks as needed Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site using woodworking and metalworking techniques Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware with precision and attention to detail Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields such as remodeling or restoration industry experience Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and flooring installation Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, masonry, tile laying, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and roofing is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights when necessary Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Valid construction site experience with adherence to safety standards is essential Join us in building quality projects that make a difference!
