We are looking to add Carpenters to our growing team: Successful candidates will have:

• A Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License or be willing to obtain one.
• The skills and knowledge to perform frame to finish carpentry.
• The capability to present themselves to clients in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills both with team members and clients.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
• Work well alone or with a team.
• Their own tools, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• The ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 80lbs.
• OSHA 10 Responsibilities of our

Carpenters:

• Read, understand blueprints and the scope work.
• Perform tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean jobsite.
• Schedule and coordinate the work of other trades on your jobsite.
• Layout and install metal framing, fire rated blocking and acoustical ceilings.
• Install new millwork and countertops.
• Install knockdown and welded door frames. Hang metal/wood doors and install all associated hardware.
• Hang drywall, apply tape, and joint compound to seams.

Use joint compound to patch existing drywall.
