We are a full-service remodeling company that handles high-quality residential renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, framing, windows, doors, siding, roofing, rot repair, structural repairs, and full-home remodels. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up prepared, works well with a team, and understands the importance of quality craftsmanship on every job. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on construction experience who can assist with a wide range of remodeling tasks while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite. Responsibilities Perform framing, carpentry, trim work, siding, roofing, demolition, and general remodeling tasks Assist with kitchen, bathroom, addition, and whole-home remodeling projects Complete wood framing, subfloor repairs, structural repairs, rot repair, and finish carpentry work Install windows, doors, exterior trim, interior trim, blocking, sheathing, and related building materials Read and follow project plans, scopes of work, measurements, and jobsite instructions Safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, staging, and jobsite equipment Assist with material handling, jobsite setup, dust protection, cleanup, and daily organization Work with the project lead and team members to keep jobs moving efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Follow company standards for quality, safety, communication, and jobsite presentation Requirements Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, framing, or related trades Strong understanding of jobsite safety and proper tool use Ability to perform framing, carpentry, demolition, trim, siding, roofing, drywall prep, and general remodeling tasks Ability to read basic plans, measurements, layouts, and written scopes of work Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, ladders, staging, and construction equipment Reliable transportation and ability to show up on time every day Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well with a team Ability to lift materials, work on your feet, and perform physically demanding tasks Must take pride in clean, organized, professional work Preferred Experience Bathroom remodeling Kitchen remodeling Window and door installation Finish carpentry Exterior trim and siding Structural repairs and rot repair Roofing and weatherproofing Light plaster, drywall, or paint prep experience About the Position This is a hands-on field position with Tranni Home Remodeling.
