As a vital leader on our team, you will manage various aspects of construction operations, including metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, and remodeling. Your expertise will drive project success from initial planning through final inspection, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, framing, siding, roofing, and other related tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects. Coordinate the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized machinery to complete various construction activities. Oversee the installation of drywall, plastering, stucco, trim carpentry, masonry work, and other finishing tasks to achieve high-quality results. Manage daily site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality control measures. Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment at all times. Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project milestones while maintaining budget and timeline expectations. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, and remodeling projects. Demonstrated proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for diverse construction tasks. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (such as cranes or forklifts), and other construction machinery. Extensive site experience working with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing (including woodworking and metal stud framing), siding installation, and restoration projects. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in construction environments. Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities on busy job sites. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different trades such as carpentry, welding, plastering, roofing, and masonry.
