Lead Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team, specializing in residential remodeling projects across the Greater Boston area. This role involves hands-on leadership in projects including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and other home renovations.

Lead and execute residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Supervise and collaborate with crew members and subcontractors Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines Communicate professionally with clients on-site

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential carpentry and remodeling Valid driver's license and reliable transportation English-speaking with strong communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude with clients Strong work ethic and reliability

Schedule:

40+ hours per week Optional overtime available
