Duties Assist with framing, door hanging, siding installation, and fixture mounting to ensure precise and durable construction work Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal studs, drywall, and concrete forms Read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow project specifications for remodeling or restoration jobs Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks including rebar installation, masonry work, and water damage restoration Support installation of cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, stucco application, roofing components, and electrical or plumbing fixtures Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, measuring spaces for framing or drywall installation, and ensuring safety compliance Contribute to the fabrication of custom components in the shop or on-site using woodworking or CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery Requirements Proven experience in construction site environments with knowledge of framing, trim carpentry, roofing, or restoration industry practices Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and specialized equipment for tasks like concrete forming or metal stud framing Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of projects Physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet; comfort working at heights or in confined spaces as needed Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience with plastering, stucco application, caulking, siding installation or mold remediation is a plus Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt quickly to changing priorities Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to impactful construction projects.
