Accepting applications Maintenance Carpenter Merrimack Valley, MA $41-$44/hour Monday-Friday We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to perform repairs and improvement projects throughout a portfolio of condominium communities. This role focuses on exterior carpentry and community-wide projects. No apartment turns or work inside residential units.
Responsibilities:
Deck repairs and rebuilds Structural repairs Fence repairs and installation Roof and fascia repairs Leak investigations and repairs Exterior carpentry projects General property repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
3-5 years Carpentry or construction experience Valid driver's license Truck or van to transport tools and materials Tools Experience with decks, fencing, framing, and structural repairs Ability to work independently and travel between properties Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
