This is a hands-on position working on new construction homes, renovations, and multi-unit residential projects. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and contribute to keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Framing (walls, floors, roof systems) Finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry, punch work) Layout and reading construction plans Installation of windows, siding, and exterior trim Working with subcontractors and coordinating site tasks Maintaining clean, organized job sites

Qualifications:

5+ years of residential carpentry experience Strong framing and finish skills Ability to read and interpret plans Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Own basic tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
