POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is required. House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Westford / Chelmsford / Carlisle area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Problem solve on the job - finding solutions to get the job done exceptionally Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. outdoors and indoors Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise Managing time efficiently and effectively to get jobs completed staying on schedule

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

STRONG problem solving skills required 5+ years of handyman / handywoman experience: carpentry, home repair, home renovation, painting, drywall, flooring, DIY projects Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems (will be using a CRM and tablet/phone) Friendly personality and committed to great customer service Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and highly dependable Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools Time management Valid driver's license Maintenance Technician, General Maintenance Technician, General Laborer, Technician, Carpenter, Tradesmen, Craftsman, Window Washer, Painter, Landscaper, Roofer, Apprentice, General Contractor, Home Improvement Apprentice, General Contractor, Home Improvement
