Carpenter / Laborer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Carpenter or Carpenter Apprentice. This position is open to both experienced carpenters and individuals who are new to the trade but eager to learn. If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, and being part of a team that values quality and good energy, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist with building and repairing decks (framing, decking, railings, stairs) Perform general carpentry tasks on residential projects Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately Maintain a clean and safe job site Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Follow instructions and learn new skills on the job

Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Basic familiarity with tools (preferred but not required)
