Hall Contractors, Inc. - North Reading, MA Full-Time | Competitive Pay M.G. Hall Contractors is a family-owned residential remodeling and construction company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, renovations, and custom residential projects throughout the North Shore area. We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team and help lead projects from start to finish. This position is ideal for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys leading a crew, and can effectively communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members. Responsibilities Perform hands-on carpentry work on residential remodeling and construction projects Lead and work alongside a crew to ensure projects stay on schedule Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on-site Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding project progress and scheduling Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Manage daily project activities, materials, and workflow Troubleshoot issues and make decisions to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality standards and building code requirements Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred Residential remodeling experience required Leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to interact professionally with clients and represent the company positively
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
