This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, organization, and working directly with homeowners and our field teams. You'll play a critical role in helping projects cross the finish line while supporting our carpenters, project managers, and clients throughout the remodeling process. What You'll Be Doing
- Complete residential punchlist and warranty work on finished remodeling projects
- Handle handyman-style repairs across multiple trades
- Assist lead carpenters and project managers with jobsite support
- Pick up and deliver materials from vendors, suppliers, and our warehouse
- Keep active jobs stocked and moving efficiently
- Perform light finish carpentry, adjustments, touch-ups, repairs, and installations
- Coordinate small service visits and homeowner concerns professionally
- Maintain organization, paperwork, receipts, and service documentation
- Represent the company professionally in clients' homes every day
- Maintain and organize a fully stocked company service van Ideal Candidate
- Extremely handy and mechanically inclined
- Experienced in residential remodeling or handyman/service work
- Comfortable handling small repairs in carpentry, trim, drywall, paint, hardware, tile, caulking, etc.
- Organized and dependable
- Friendly, professional, and client-facing
- Able to work independently and solve problems on the fly
- Comfortable moving between multiple jobs and tasks throughout the day
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Clean, respectful, and detail-oriented Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to lift materials and work on active jobsites
- Basic technology skills for photos, notes, scheduling, and paperwork
- Remodeling or construction experience preferred What We Offer
