Boston Doors & Windows About the Role We're looking for a high-level Lead Carpenter who can run jobs independently, lead a small crew, and deliver clean, professional installs in occupied homes. This is not just an installer role — you'll be the face of the company on-site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and a great client experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage window & door installation projects
• Supervise a 1-3 person crew
• Ensure clean, level, airtight installs
• Communicate with homeowners professionally
• Coordinate jobsite logistics
• Troubleshoot field issues independently
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Perform punch list and quality checks Requirements
• 5+ years carpentry experience
• Strong window & door installation experience
• Ability to lead and run jobs
• Knowledge of flashing, waterproofing, air sealing
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver's license and transportation
