Job Description
Daou's Building Solutions is looking for a reliable and hardworking laborer/carpenter helper to join our growing construction team. We specialize in decks, framing, remodeling, painting, drywall, exterior work, and general carpentry projects throughout Central Massachusetts. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and wants to grow with the company. Responsibilities Assist with deck builds, framing, demolition, and remodeling projects Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean Use hand tools and power tools safely Help with painting, drywall, trim, and general labor tasks Follow directions and work efficiently with the crew Maintain a professional attitude on job sites Requirements Construction experience preferred but willing to train the right person Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Must be dependable and punctual Valid driver's license is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady work Opportunity for growth within the company Hands-on experience in multiple areas of construction Positive team environment
