Based in Tewksbury, MA, we are known for our dedication to excellence and professional growth opportunities for our employees. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Lead Carpenter. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and contribute to construction and carpentry projects, including concrete forming, and the use of hand and power tools. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, assembling concrete form work, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within quality standards. The role requires leadership in supervising crews, maintaining safety compliance, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals. Qualifications Expertise in Concrete Form Work Proficient use of Hand Tools and Power Tools for various carpentry tasks Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety standards, and project management Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Effective leadership skills, with the capability to supervise and mentor team members Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a lead or supervisory carpentry role Reliable transportation and ability to work in and around the area of Tewksbury, MA Ability to speak
