Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to blueprints and specifications. Oversee and work alongside a team of carpenters and tradespeople to deliver high-quality results. Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient construction site. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in residential kitchen, bath, and full home renovations. Proven ability to lead a team and manage people effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of our brand. Ownership of personal hand and cordless tools. Full-time commitment (no subcontractors). Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (truck preferred). Ability to pass a background check (we specialize in residential projects). Construction Supervisor License (a plus). Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
