Carpenter Job Summary Central Mass Co specializing in all aspects of residential and light commercial building remodeling and repairs is currently seeking a Carpenter for our field operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an effective professional to plan, manage and execute maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee all aspects of Carpentry & Building Maintenance Manage daily tasks and update on progress Maintain site records and file daily field reports and update checklists Ensure that work is completed on-time and in accordance with company standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Four years of residential construction and maintenance Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, project managers and subcontractors Leadership skills to manage all on site activities. Must be deadline and detail oriented.
