Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency Supervise, mentor, and develop carpenters and apprentices on-site Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily job site activity Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, finish work, cabinetry, and installations Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to keep projects on track Manage schedules and workflow to ensure timely project delivery Must-Haves as the
