Experienced Carpenter

• Marine Construction Hatley Marine Construction is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced team member to join our growing company.

We specialize in building and repairing piers, bulkheads, revetments, living shorelines, and other waterfront structures throughout Anne Arundel County, the Eastern Shore, and surrounding areas. • Perform carpentry work on marine construction projects including framing, decking, and structural repairs
• Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately
• Scribe materials for clean, professional finishes
• Assist with construction of piers, bulkheads, revetments, and shoreline structures
• Load, unload, and stage materials and tools
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Work efficiently as part of a crew in outdoor environments
• Solve field challenges and adapt to changing site conditions
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Support equipment mobilization and project setup as needed Qualifications
• Carpentry or construction experience required
• Experience with framing, decking, and finish work preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and use common construction tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Physically able to lift materials and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Marine construction experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits
• $28•38 per hour, depending on experience and skill•Full-time position•Overtime and bonus opportunities•Health benefits and retirement available•Opportunity for advancement and long-term growth Schedule•Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed•Overtime as needed•Day shift Work Location Projects located throughout Anne Arundel County, MD and surrounding areas.
