As a Lead Installer, you will oversee installation operations, coordinate with project managers, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team, utilize your technical expertise, and contribute to impactful construction projects. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in diverse construction disciplines. Duties Supervise and coordinate installation activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols Lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize productivity and workmanship Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installations such as fixtures, cabinetry, glass, doors, and flooring Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively during installation processes Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project Manage materials procurement and ensure proper handling of construction supplies including concrete forming materials, drywall, stucco, roofing components, and more Collaborate with project managers to estimate timeframes, coordinate schedules, and troubleshoot on-site challenges promptly Skills Extensive experience with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for diverse construction tasks Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Strong knowledge of construction management principles including scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance Skilled in various trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry (concrete finishing, bricklaying), roofing (shingles and membrane), plastering/stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, welding, caulking, drywall installation & finishing Familiarity with construction estimating processes for labor/materials costs Ability to perform construction inspection duties ensuring adherence to schematics and building codes Experience with fixture installation (lighting fixtures, cabinetry), glass installation (windows/doors), restoration work & remodeling projects Knowledge of Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup is a plus Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively Join us as a Lead Installer if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship on exciting projects!
