Requirements:
Obtain special boilers within 3 months and achieve continued licensure until a chief "C" is obtained (No more than 54 months from date of hire) Pool License ( or obtain within 6 months) Driver's License Trade Skills & Experience in Carpentry i.e. Sheetrock, Framing, Painting, Door hardware & Keys Acceptable attendance record Ability to lift 60 lbs Ability to work independently or as part of a team Must have computer knowledge Must pass physical & physical ability test Ability to communicate with all staff
Responsibilities:
Building Construction & Carpentry repairs Maintain & repair mechanical systems including hvac/mechanical/electrical & pool equipment Provide back up for chiefs and all central maintenance positions Provide back up for Delivery services i.e. freight/courier/food Maintain district buildings & grounds
- sanding & plowing during winter months Must be able to work flexible hours Other duties as assigned
