We are known for strong project execution and a best-in-class customer experience from start to finish. Position Overview We are hiring a Senior Carpenter to focus on the final phase of our projects and ongoing client support. This role is essential to maintaining quality standards and ensuring every project is fully completed to client satisfaction. You'll work closely with Project Managers to close out jobs, handle final walkthroughs, and complete warranty work across previously finished projects. Key Responsibilities Complete punchlist items on substantially finished projects (decking, trim, adjustments, repairs, etc.) Assist Project Managers during final client walkthroughs Address and resolve punchlist items quickly and professionally Perform warranty work on completed projects as requested Troubleshoot issues and implement high-quality fixes Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate clearly with Project Managers on progress and issues Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in decking and carpentry Broad general contracting skillset (framing, trim, repairs, adjustments) Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Strong communication skills with both team members and clients Ability to manage multiple small jobs efficiently Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential outdoor construction (decks, porches, patios) Prior experience handling punchlist or warranty work Ability to read plans and scopes of work Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) or retirement plan (if applicable) Company vehicle provided Gas card provided Opportunities for performance-based bonuses and growth Why This Role Matters This is one of the most visible roles in our company—you are the final touch on our projects and often the last impression we leave with clients.
