WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Lead Carpenter who can confidently lead projects, solve problems, communicate professionally, and deliver work that exceeds expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional residential remodeling carpentry experience Proven ability to install custom cabinetry with precision and attention to detail Expertise in finish carpentry including crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, custom trim, and built-ins Strong understanding of residential construction methods and remodeling best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, shop drawings, and cabinet layouts Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing day-to-day jobsite activities Strong communication skills with clients, team members, suppliers, and project managers Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards Valid driver's license
