Competitive flat rate based on experience About the Job We are looking for a skilled finish carpenter for a basement kitchenette build-out in a residential home in Frederick, MD. This is a straightforward scope with all materials provided. Looking for someone clean, detail oriented, and efficient. What You'll Be Doing Install Hampton Bay Winter Carnival laminate countertop (~10 LF) Cut sink opening for drop-in sink Install laminate backsplash and seal joints Install and secure existing base cabinets (~10 LF) Build and install two open wood shelves (~6 LF each, 10" deep, pine board + brackets) Adjust doors and hardware as needed Clean finish work throughout What We're Looking For Proven finish carpentry and cabinet installation experience Experience with laminate countertop installation preferred Detail oriented with clean finish work All materials provided — bring your tools Must be available to start within 10 business days
