Carpenter Apprentice Hagerstown, MD Pay:

$20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Shift:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM Start (40+ hours/week) Job Overview Looking to get into the trades or grow your carpentry skills? Join a busy construction crew working on commercial projects in and around Hagerstown. You'll learn framing, installation, and job site basics while working alongside experienced carpenters. Responsibilities Assist with framing, window installs, and general carpentry work Use hand and power tools on active job sites Measure, cut, and prep materials Follow directions from lead carpenters and foremen Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean Travel with crew to job sites (local work) Requirements Some construction or labor experience preferred Willingness to learn and work hard Reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors Show up on time and ready to work Nice to Have Basic tool knowledge Framing or carpentry experience OSHA certification Why Apply Steady, full-time work (not temporary) Opportunity to learn a skilled trade Room to grow into a full carpenter role Work with an experienced, tight-knit crew Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hagerstown, MD.
