Position Details Full‑time hourly work Competitive pay based on experience Steady projects in Southern Maryland Growth opportunities for motivated workers Requirements 5+ years of carpentry experience Strong skills in framing, trim, drywall/finishing, doors/windows, decks, or general remodeling Professional, clean appearance Reliable transportation (work vehicle & tools are a plus) Honest about skill level — we do not pay for unprofessional work About Us We are a one‑stop‑shop home improvement company , completing everything from drywall and painting to kitchens, baths, decks, siding, and windows.
