Following a detailed design aesthetic and organized planning process, we are currently involved in everything from high-end renovations to new-construction of single family homes and commercial buildings. Job Requirements Strong work ethic and discipline. Extensive residential remodeling experience required , commercial experience a bonus. Creative problem solving abilities Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Team player Organized and punctual. Ability to read and interpret construction documents. Ability to lead and coordinate in the field a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Experience Requirements Carpentry:

7 years (preferred)

Finish Carpentry:

5 years (preferred) Should have knowledge of framing, joinery, molding and trim ( mantels, baseboards, door and window casing, built-in shelving, etc). Pay is based on ability and experience.
