Experienced Carpenter - Interior & Exterior Remodeling Picture Perfect Pro Painting is looking to add a highly skilled, dependable Carpenter to our growing team. We are seeking someone with strong experience in both interior and exterior construction who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a well-rounded carpenter who can confidently handle projects from "soup to nuts" — from framing and rot repair to finish work and full kitchen or bathroom remodels. Responsibilities Interior and exterior carpentry work Remodeling and renovation projects Kitchen and bathroom installations/remodels Rot repair and structural repairs Window and door installation Siding, trim, decking, and exterior finish work Drywall, framing, and finish carpentry Reading plans and following project scopes Working independently and as part of a team Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site Communicating effectively with crew members and clients Qualifications Minimum 5 years of carpentry/remodeling experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision Experience with remodeling from demolition through finish work Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability and willingness to travel within approximately 100 miles of Augusta, Maine Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship are a must Employment OptionsW-2 Employee Position Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) option with company match Consistent work opportunities Opportunity for advancement Company-focused team environment 1099 Subcontractor Option Qualified subcontractors are welcome to apply.
